Safwan Adam, Managing Director
Safwan Adam is a British entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. Trained as an Aeronautical Engineer, he became a global leader in franchising across diverse sectors before expanding into private investment, serving as the youngest ever Non-Executive Director on the board of the British Franchise Association.
As the founder of Adam Management Holdings, his investment model centres on strong governance, operational discipline and widening access to wealth creation.
Alongside his business success, Safwan established the Adam Foundation to strengthen social cohesion and civic participation in the UK.

Nick Ashmore CB OBE
